BabelStream is a product name used by Side By Tech LLC (d/b/a "BabelStream") ("BabelStream," "we," "us," "our"). Contact: support@babelstream.ai
2. The Service
BabelStream provides live communication features that may include speech recognition, translation, conferencing, push-to-talk (PTT), and synthesized speech. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
3. No Emergency Services
BabelStream does not support emergency calling (including 911/988) and is not intended for emergency use.
4. Accuracy & AI Disclaimer
Automated speech recognition and translation may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
5. Consent, Monitoring, and Recording Laws
You are solely responsible for providing any legally required notices and obtaining any legally required consents from all participants before using the Service.
6. Phone Numbers & Telephony Providers
Telephony capabilities may be delivered using third-party providers (e.g., Twilio or other carriers). Third-party terms may apply.
7. Customer Content
You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to provide Customer Content.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.
9. Fees, Billing, and Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
10. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
13. Limitation of Liability
Total liability capped at amount paid in the 3 months preceding the event.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify BabelStream.
15. Governing Law
Laws of New York. Venue: state or federal courts in New York.
